Regional Sales Manager

This individual will be responsible for the Northern California region (Bakersfield to Crescent City) with the primary focus of developing our brand at the contractor level.  Plumbing industry background is a must; Mechanical Engineering background a plus.  Must be located in the Bay Area, and be able to travel 75% of the time. Maintenance Supervisor

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.  Previous experience in a high speed, mass production and harsh manufacturing environment is desirable; DISA experience a plus.  Must be available to work any shift.

 This is a “hands-on” position that requires an excellent ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a heavy industrial environment as well as lead a team of Maintenance Mechanics working with the following:

• Bearings and Shaft Seals
• Drive Components and Conveyors
• Welding
• Hydraulics and Pneumatics
• Piping and Tubing Systems and Valves
• Pumps
• Rigging and Equipment Installation
• Other related foundry or manufacturing equipment maintenance

Successful candidates must have good oral and written communication skills and the ability to lead diverse groups of people with varying levels of education, expertise and backgrounds.
