Team Member Andy Bose recently visited Independence Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  If you’ve ever had the opportunity to visit Independence Hall where the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution were both signed, you probably remember how moving it was to actually be right there on the very spot where these critical documents were debated and signed.  What you might not know is that after his death, Abraham Lincoln’s funeral train stopped in Philadelphia, on the way to Springfield, Illinois, where he was carried by a hearse past a crowd of 85,000 people and was held in state in the Assembly Room in the east wing of Independence Hall.

Today strict security measures are in place to protect Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell.  We are honored and proud that Amerex fire extinguishers were chosen to protect these national treasures.
