The Clow Valve metalcasting facility (MCF) recently hosted an OSHA/VPP mentoring session in Oskaloosa, Iowa with Viking Pump/IDEX Corporation.  Viking Pump is going through the OSHA conciliation process and IOSH suggested that they pay a benchmarking visit to Clow.  Clow is an OSHA VPP STAR site.

Viking Pump operates an iron and specialty steel alloy foundries in Cedar Falls, Iowa. “We had a very productive visit and learned some new things from each other, which is what it's all about,” says John Grahek, Assistant MCF Manager.

We wish Viking Pump the best in pursuing OSHA VPP certification.
